This Privacy Policy is intended to bind i-GES workers to their clients, thereby ensuring full respect for the personal information provided to Consultants in the course of their duties.

Personal Information Collected

The following personal information may be collected from i-GES clients, as needed:

Identification Information: Company name, representative's name, address, email, phone number.

Information on certain human resources: Names and contact information of individuals who will collaborate on the organization's GHG inventory.

Information on the consumption of certain goods and energy sources: Quantities of fossil fuels consumed, quantity or weight of goods, origin of inputs, type of output management, types of vehicles, etc., in order to determine their carbon footprint.

Financial Information: Database of inputs and outputs and their values.

Information on company employees: Employees’ postal codes, transportation methods used, number of workdays per year, etc.

Purposes for Collecting This Information

To confirm the client’s identity and business address;

To confirm the involvement of certain employees in the inventory process;

To create the most comprehensive portrait possible of the company’s carbon footprint.

If the client refuses to share this information through technological means, they may:

Do so over the phone, directly with the Consultants;

Request that the Consultants visit the company in person to collect the data.

Who Has Access to the Personal Information?

The following categories of individuals will have access to personal information:

i-GES Consultants
​
No other entity will have access to the personal information provided to i-GES.

Our Security Measures
​
To ensure the security of our clients’ personal information, i-GES only grants cloud access to its Consultants and the Representative. Each of them has signed a Partnership Agreement requiring strict confidentiality regarding their colleagues' and i-GES clients’ information.

In addition, each Consultant and the Representative has installed a firewall on their computer, thereby limiting the risk of phishing or hacking.

Rights of Individuals Whose Personal Information Is Held

Individuals whose personal information we hold may:

Access the personal information we hold about them;

Request corrections or updates to their personal information;

File a complaint about our personal data governance practices with the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
